Hello, I usually don't provide comments in regard to business dealings...but felt compelled to on this occasion. I have worked in the prison business for 35 years, so, unfortunately have become somewhat cynical and weary of advertisements and "glowing" reports of certain businesses. I recently needed to move my 87 year old mother's furniture from Chilliwack to Spruce Grove, Alberta in a fairly quick unplanned move. Called around...and came to this company....I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED. They did the move EXACTLY as promised, for EXACTLY the price quoted (no surprises), at the EXACT time promised...and all staff (office and movers) kept me well informed along the way! In addition...the "movers" who did the work were very positive, helpful and polite...just wish I could remember their names!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Happy to provide these comments.

5 stars - I had a terrific move, great customer service and great moving crews on both ends. No damage, they handled everything with care. Cost was very reasonable, I would recommend this company.

Now that my husband and I are settling into our new home in Kelowna I would like to take a moment to thank you for the efficient service received on October 20th 2015 by your moving team. Chase, Cole, Mike and Dallas were prompt, polite and very efficient in unloading our house contents from our long distance moving trailer into our new home. The guys worked very hard to ensure all of our belongings were off-loaded from the truck and place in the home without scratching of walls, doors or floors and that the furniture was safely positioned in the rooms. We have moved several times over the last 25 years and I have never experienced such professional service from movers. I will be recommending you to anyone that I know for any moving requirements.

Hello, We cannot begin to thank Kyle, Eric, Pete & Chris for their care and all their hard work on our big move to Medicine Hat, Alberta on April 24, 2015. We required two trucks for the move and it was an absolutely miserable rainy day for the most part, not only did they have to empty our basement suite in Surrey, B.C. but they also had to go to our storage and empty that. It was a very long day for them and they worked extremely hard. They are a great bunch of guys, hard working, very friendly & personable. An extra special thank you goes out to Kyle & Eric who were with us at both ends of our move. They were amazing, young men who made this move absolutely stress free for us. They worked very hard and fast, extremely efficient & organized and did a fantastic job loading and unloading. We wish them well in all there future endeavours. We were extremely happy with our move and would not hesitate to recommend That Guy Van Lines and their crew.

In one word WOW.
From the start of the whole process with Sara and Becky to the Calgary Movers Kyle and Scott nothing less than perfect.The move went without a problem and on time with absolutely no damage.
Special mention is needed for our movers Bill and James in Nanamio.These two guys are professional in every respect and was a pleasure to meet them and your company is very lucky to have them working for you.

We used That Guy to move on Feb. 10, 2015 to move in West Kelowna. Brent and Andrew arrived on time with great attitudes and ready to work. We were very impressed with their friendly but professional manor.
They took great care of our belongings and treasures and had us moved to our new home in no time.
We had to reschedule at one point due to circumstances beyond our control. The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to help us reschedule with no problem.
From reception to final destination, That Guy Vanlines treated us with respect and understanding. We would use their services again in a heartbeat and highly recommend anyone with a move in their future to call them.

That Van Guys moved my furnishings from Vancouver to Kelowna on Jan 18, 2015. I was very impressed with the communication I received from especially Becky before the actual move. I was advised the truck would arrive at 8:00 am and they arrived right on time. Pete and Brent were polite and courteous and were very careful with my possessions. They worked very hard and were packed up in no time. They arrived at my home the following day on time again, and again worked hard to ensure my new painted walls were not damaged. Everything was set up for me and away they went in no time.

Hi There, We used your company for our move from Edmonton to Kelowna in July of this year. We have moved between Alberta and BC several times over the last twenty years. Your company rates number 1 with us.!! Moving is so very stressful. You are trusting strangers with all your worldly possessions. You people made this seamless in every way. The two young that loaded our home were extremely professional and sooo very careful with all of our possessions. The unloading process was also amazing. The movers took great care moving into our brand new home. We were stunned at the difference in prices that we were quoted for our move. Most quotes were $ 2000- $3000 MORE than what we were charged with your company. Unlike a lot of the 'bigger' more 'recognized name companies' there were NO hidden fees. We paid exactly what we were quoted. Your truck arrived on time both on pickup and delivery. You were even able to store our load to accommodate our move out and possession date. We were 100% satisfied. We have already referred your company to a dear friend who is also moving from Edmonton to Whiterock in November. We find a lot these days that 'what you see is not what you get' NOT SO with your wonderful company. Thank you for the "Best" service we have ever had with a moving company.
